About The Author

Christine Wellert is a writer, mother of 3 humans and several canines, wife to her high school sweetheart, Registered Nurse, and author of the new novel Awakened Power: Emma’s Story.

While Christine has spent most of her adult life working in the medical field, her true passion and love (aside from her family and friends) has been reading, writing, and drinking coffee (not always in that order…).

Interested in all things metaphysical and woowoo, she likes to weave these aspects into her stories.

Christine studied creative writing in college and enjoys creating characters and stories that encourage and empower readers.

Christine splits her time between the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. When not chained to her keyboard you can find her hiking, skiing, scuba diving, or traveling.
